Instructions in writing ADR 2023

For the transport of dangerous goods by road ADR, it is necessary that each member of the crew is equipped with the updated written ADR instructions. The written ADR 2023 instructions must be in color and must comply with the model required by the ADR manual / regulation in subsection 5.4.3.4. Currently the reference version is the one issued by ADR 2021 and which has been confirmed with ADR 2023. The transporter must ensure that each member of the crew correctly understands the written instructions and is able to understand and apply them (ADR 5.4 .3.2). The obligation to provide the Tremcards to the crew no longer falls on the sender but on the transporter. Tremcards are available in 22 different languages.
