UN-certified 4G boxes are the ideal solution to ship your metal lithium batteries, standalone (UN3090), packed or with a device (UN3091) or for your lithium-ion batteries, standalone (UN3480), packed or with a device (UN3481). We always have in stock boxes suitable to ship batteries at different stages of their lifecycle: new and 38.3 tested, low production runs <100 pieces or prototypes (P910), damaged or defective batteries (P908), and batteries for disposal or recycling (P909). To correctly use the certified packaging it is necessary to verify on the test report the packing and closing system. Serpac can also produce customized packaging for specific lithium batteries. These packaging will be designed and tested according to the status of the batteries that must be shipped.
