UN certified 4GV fibreboard boxes

UN certified 4GV boxes suitable for the shipment of inner objects or packaging of any type for solid or liquid materials belonging to packing groups I, II and III. The 4GV boxes, to be in compliance with the UN certification, must be used following the specifications reported on the test report regarding the use of the absorbent and filling material, the minimum distances between inner packagings and the walls of the box, the maximum weight gross and the type of closure. Two different versions of 4GV boxes are available in stock: - UN certified 4GV Safe & Clean boxes (clean, the only UN approved 4GV without vermiculite); - UN certified 4GV boxes with vermiculite. The UN certified 4GV Safe & Clean boxes are the evolution of the classic 4GV, as they are supplied with the innovative kit that allows you to ship dangerous goods cleanly, without using vermiculite. The UN certified 4GV boxes with vermiculite can be purchased both flat with PE bags (vermiculite separately sold) or assembled (complete with vermiculite and an additional PE bag). The UN certified 4GV boxes are special packaging that have passed special UN approval tests and are suitable for ADR road transport, RID railway transport, ADN inland waterway transport, ...
